My dearest memories of him are as "Mr. Popar". As such, this memory attracted me to include Him in the series of portraits, which I have been doing gradually for years. 

Charcoal and chalk are my favorite drawing technique. Because they offer me a way to research even more, but also as a kind of rest when I get tired of colors. Then I paint with charcoal and chalk.

With this portrait, I wanted to enter the "soul of Mr. Popara as well as the actor". It was a struggle, the drawing has many layers.

The drawing has a clean edge of paper around the drawing size 1cm as you can see in the photos.
